Application of the general sales conditions
The confirmation of the order implies for the Customer the acceptance of the present general conditions.
Validity of offers
The articles visible on the site are available while stocks last.
In case of debit or withdrawal related to an item not available, San Rocco Fitoterapici undertakes to propose a voucher or to reimburse the customer within 15 days.
San Rocco Fitoterapici undertakes to inform by e-mail the customer who ordered an item not available.
Presentation of products
The products on sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Nevertheless, in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation, San Rocco Fitoterapici declines all responsibility for this reason and for the safety of consumers:
Customers who purchase food supplements are invited to verify the full correspondence between the information indicated on line and the original label on the package sent before using or opening the package.
Please note that the images of the products are purely indicative and illustrative, often the packaging is changed by the manufacturer without notice.
The customer is also invited before the opening of the package and the use of the product to a careful check of the expiration of the product purchased and in case the product has not expire "usable" to promptly report it to customer service that will collect.
Price of products
The products are sold only in Italy. Prices are presented in euros.
The amount of VAT appears when the customer selects the product. In the event of changes in VAT rates, these changes may affect the final price of the items without notification to the Customer.
San Rocco Fitoterapici reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of registration of the order.
Order
The customer validates the order as indicated below. Validation implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Treatment of packages not delivered by our courier
These are the parcels that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed, refused, damage during transport, tampering ...
⦁ Cause of return of the package: unknown recipient or address anomaly
These are the packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: The addressee does not live at the address indicated.
Following reception and acceptance of the package by our services, San Rocco Fitoterapici will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or to proceed with the reimbursement, according to the customer's choice.
San Rocco Fitoterapici reserves the right to proceed with the reimbursement rather than to re-send the order if more items sent to the sender with an unknown recipient are detected.
⦁ Cause of return of the package: "ABSENT / NOTICE"
These are packages that have not been picked up by the customer at the courier's headquarters or at the point of delivery within the deadline.
Following the reception and acceptance of the package by our services, San Rocco Fitoterapici will contact the customer to re-send the order if the product is still available or to proceed with the reimbursement of the order depending on the customer's choice.
San Rocco Fitoterapici reserves the right to proceed with the reimbursement of the order instead of sending it again if there are several unclaimed items.
⦁ Cause of return of the package: "REFUSED"
At the time of delivery, the customer refused the package.
Following receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, a voucher will be credited to the customer account within 72 hours after the return of the package. You can request the cancellation of the voucher and the relative refund by sending an email to the customer service info (@) sanroccofitoterapici.it
In case of return of a package due to the causes "RECIPIENT RECIPIENT", "NOT CLAIMED" or "REFUSED", San Rocco Fitoterapici does not guarantee the reservation of the items ordered and may be obliged to proceed with the reimbursement of the order if the products or products are not available.

In case of non-delivery of the order and return of the goods at our premises to the customer will be charged for the related transport costs incurred by San Rocco Fitoterapici.
Therefore, any repayment, in case of advance payment, will have a reduction of the real transport costs incurred.
Responsibility

Therefore, San Rocco Fitoterapici declines all responsibility for the inconveniences or damages deriving from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions taken by San Rocco Fitoterapici. In particular, all contingencies related to the provision of the service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses will not be attributable to San Rocco Fitoterapici. Likewise, anything that results in force majeure in accordance with the provisions of the Court of Cassation totally exempts San Rocco Fitoterapici from any liability. Customers enjoy the guarantees provided by the brands on the site.
